For single doors, a standalone keypad or fob reader is often the sensible answer — no server, no ongoing licence, low maintenance. For sites with multiple doors, networked systems (all readers reporting back to a central controller or PC) let you add and revoke users centrally, produce reports, and set time-based access rules. Cloud-managed systems take that a step further — you manage users from a web browser or app with no on-site server to maintain.
We work with Paxton (designed and manufactured in the UK, and a strong fit for most Leicester commercial projects), as well as Salto, Suprema, and HID where the application calls for it. Every install includes proper commissioning, user training, credential programming, and written system documentation.
